Bernard has worked as a Legal Executive for over 40 years and has been the Senior Legal Executive with Good & Murray Smith for over 20 years.
Throughout his career, Bernard has specialised in the area of Defence Litigation. His particular focus lies in handling Personal Injury cases in the High Court and Supreme Court and he has extensive experience and understanding of the practice and procedure in both jurisdictions.
Bernard works closely with the firm’s solicitors, with counsel and with a concise network of expert witnesses in the preparation of cases for trial.
