Derek Leahy, Legal Executive
Derek joined Good & Murray Smith in 1982 and has 28 years experience working in Litigation. Derek has acquired excellent experience dealing with a wide variety of cases but particularly High Court Personal Injury and Non-Jury matters.
Derek has a strong understanding of practice and procedure in the High Court and he works closely with the firm’s solicitors, counsel and witnesses in preparing cases for trial.
