Sinead Durcan, Solicitor

Sinead qualified in 2006 and joined Good & Murray Smith in 2010, having worked for a number of years in a large Dublin firm.

The focus of Sinead's practice is in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on insurance related litigation. Her clients include Irish and International Insurers, Lloyds Syndicates, Local Authorities and self insured corporations for whom she routinely acts in the defence of a broad range of claims involving issues of public liability, product liability and employer’s liability.

Sinead also has extensive experience handling commerical disputes and property related litigation. She has also acted in high profile professional negligence actions. 

Many of the cases Sinead has been involved in have been dealt with in the Commercial Court and she has considerable knowledge and experience of the practice and procedure in that division.
