Sinead qualified in 2006 and joined Good & Murray Smith LLP in 2010, having worked for a number of years in the litigation department of a full service Dublin firm. Sinead focuses on advising Irish and International Insurers, Lloyds Syndicates, Local Authorities and self-insured companies in relation to policy indemnity issues and in the management and defence of claims. She practises in all jurisdictions of the Irish Courts and routinely handles claims involving issues of public liability, product liability and employer’s liability.

Sinead also has extensive experience handling commercial disputes and property related litigation and she has acted in high profile professional negligence actions. Many of the cases Sinead has been involved in have been dealt with in the Commercial Division of the High Court and she has considerable knowledge and experience of the practice and procedure in that division.
