How do I start?

Is there a time limit for a claim?
Yes. Generally personal injury and medical negligence claims must be brought within two years. However, other claims have longer time limits.
Is there a financial threshold?
In personal injury claims, no. In other claims, it may not be economical to instruct us if the amount in dispute is less than €15,000.
How is the firm appointed?
If we are able to take your claim, our appointment will be confirmed in a written engagement letter. Contacting the firm alone does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
